Are you looking for a new role in the construction industry? Perhaps you’re happy where you are, but you’re starting to think about career progression? Or, maybe, you’re just starting out and don’t really know where to look for your first job in the industry?

Whatever the situation, we can help. Here at Future Engineering, we’re proud to have been providing construction recruitment services in Kent and the surrounding areas for many, many years. Over these years, we’ve gained a tonne of experience in matching good people with good jobs.

Our track record speaks for itself, and we’re proud to say that 99.9 percent of our clients walk away happy. We believe this is down to one of our key values – patience. As a recruitment agency, we will never push you into a job that isn’t a good fit, just to get paid.

We’re determined to ensure that every person that trusts us to find them a job, ends up in a position which is right for them. By putting people before profit, we feel we can help build a much stronger construction industry, and then everybody wins.

The Personal Touch

We’re proud of our guarantee around job matching, but this isn’t the only thing we offer. Our staff will always take the time to get to know you, as a person, before starting to match you with jobs. This is because we want to make sure the company we pair you up with shares your values.

We’ll put you, as a person, at the centre of the work we do. This ensures we can be confident in finding you a suitable role. And once we’ve found one, we’ll help you prepare for the interview and subsequent induction process.

We’re also proud to say that we’re one of the only recruitment agencies, specialising in construction, in the country. Bricks and computer keyboards aren’t the same. Far from it, in fact. And that’s why we pride ourselves on having expert knowledge when it comes to the construction industry.

All in all, we believe our personal touch, rich experience and commitment to building a stronger construction industry, makes us the perfect choice for your recruitment needs.
