Looking for a Service Administrator role where you can become a key part of a close-knit, family-run business? You'll join a friendly and supportive team where you'll have plenty of variety in your day, build strong relationships with customers and engineers, and play an important role in keeping the service operation running smoothly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Administrator or similar looking for a stable role within a family-run business. You'll support the day-to-day service function, coordinating engineers, dealing with customers, organising appointments and keeping jobs moving from start to finish. Your Role As Service Administrator:

• Working in a small administration team
• Operations in a busy engineering environment
• Dealing with invoices, queries, complaints, parts, general admin
• Full and part time available

You'll Need As Service Administrator:

• Previous experience in an administration, coordination or office-based role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Want to take on more responsibility and lead a team
